Within this role, she made our organization efficient through her excellent work revamping our internal processes. Her work delivering the new transit program passes to students' would have taken the work of 5 or more employees without her skills.
Emma is more than just a project manager. She is a true project partner who excels at starting new projects, adapting to changes, and capturing lessons learned. She works with passionate and hard-to-manage people, such as recruiters, communicators, and designers, and successfully manages to keep them on track. Emma builds processes and systems that address both human and corporate needs and is a reliable organizational whiz. I cannot speak highly enough of her good work and great collaboration.
